Building an inclusive workforce

SUPPORTING OUR SERVICE MEMBERS

We are dedicated to building an inclusive workforce that draws from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences, and an important aspect of this commitment is our focus on hiring former military service members. We recognize the invaluable skills and leadership qualities that veterans bring to the table, and we actively seek to recruit talented individuals who have served our country.

To support our veteran employees, we offer up to 80 hours of paid leave per year for members of the military reserves who need to fulfill their service obligations. This allows them to meet their duties without worry about lost income or jeopardizing their civilian careers.*

We are thankful for the dedication and sacrifice of those who have served our country, and we are committed to providing them with meaningful and fulfilling career opportunities. By tapping into the diverse talents and experiences of military veterans, we continue to foster a culture of inclusion, diversity, and innovation, ultimately leading to greater success and growth in today’s competitive marketplace.

We value our communities

VOLUNTEERING OPPORTUNITIES

Edge Autonomy sites around the world are engaged in volunteering and community activism – caring for the communities in which we live and work is important to us as a company, and to our employees as individuals.

Our San Luis Obispo team has raised funds for Jack’s Helping Hand, which provides programs that meet the unique challenges of children who have specialized medical needs or special needs. The team also contributed to the San Luis Obispo Food Bank and took place in the Polar Plunge for the Special Olympics.

The team in Ann Arbor feeds Veterans and their families regularly through work with the Fisher House, and supports the SafeHouse Center for survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence.

We seek partnerships with diverse organizations and support initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the wider community. We contribute to initiatives that address systemic inequities and promote social justice.
